Excerpts from process work, showing the use of design frameworks to conceptualize the disambiguation page. I presented these slides to the project team to showcase design methodologies and build credibility for my work. Because real users were not available to this project, I used myself as a user-surrogate to craft journey maps.
Pivoting to a series of structured participatory writing workshops to co-produce the content for the webpage. Over the course of several facilitations, I successfully broke the stalemate between StatCan and ECCC subject-matter experts on an accurate portrayal of their respective data products, paving the way for the launch.
